Thanks for shopping with Nooma Co. Here's what to expect after you place your order.
PROCESSING TIME
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.
DELIVERY TIMES
We ship internationally via tracked global shipping. Estimated delivery windows:
- United States: 8-15 business days
- Canada: 10-18 business days
- United Kingdom & EU: 10-20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12-20 business days
- Rest of world: 14-25 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing in your country, public holidays, and severe weather can extend delivery times. We appreciate your patience.
SHIPPING COSTS
Free worldwide shipping on all orders. No minimums, no fine print.
TRACKING
Every order ships with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, please email hello@noomaco.com and we'll look into it right away.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders outside the United States, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before ordering.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 48 hours — packages occasionally arrive a day or two after the carrier marks them delivered. If it still hasn't arrived after 48 hours, email hello@noomaco.com with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to locate it.
For packages damaged in transit, please email hello@noomaco.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll replace damaged items at no cost.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect packages once they're in transit. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping (additional shipping costs may apply).
