How powerful is the Nooma Mini compared to a regular vacuum?
At 29,000 Pa of suction with an 18,000 RPM motor, the Nooma Mini is significantly more powerful than typical mini vacuums (which average 6,000-8,000 Pa). It's not meant to replace a full-size vacuum for whole-room cleaning, but for desk, car, and small-mess cleanup it handles everything a regular vacuum can — and reaches places a regular vacuum can't.
What can I use it for?
Desks, keyboards, computer mice, car interiors, kitchen counters, couch cushions, drawer corners, between sofa cushions, pet beds, and tote bags. The three included attachments adapt for different surfaces and corners. Skip it for liquids, large debris like staples, and very fine dust like flour or sawdust in volume.
How long does the battery last?
The 2,000mAh battery provides approximately 30 minutes of continuous use on a single charge. In practice, that translates to about 60 typical desk or car cleanups before needing to recharge. Full charge takes around 2 hours via USB-C from any laptop, phone charger, or power bank.
How do I empty and clean it?
Twist the dust cap off, dump the bin into a trash can, and snap it back in. The washable HEPA filter pops out and rinses under tap water. We include two filters so you always have a clean spare while the other dries. Replacement filters will be available on the store soon.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 8-15 business days via tracked international shipping. United States and Canada typically see faster delivery (8-12 business days) while UK, EU, Australia, and rest-of-world orders take slightly longer (12-20 business days). You'll receive tracking the moment your order ships.
Where do you ship from?
Nooma Co. is registered in Poland, and our products ship directly from our manufacturing partner in Shenzhen, China via tracked international courier. This direct-ship model lets us keep prices fair while maintaining quality control.
What's your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on all orders, no questions asked. If you're not happy with your Nooma Mini for any reason, email hello@noomaco.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a return and refund. Items must be in resaleable condition to qualify.
Are there customs fees for international orders?
For international orders outside the United States, your package may be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before ordering.
